Here at DIY Home Energy UK, we understand the scale of the energy revolution ahead of us, and are passionate about helping people learn how they can take ownership of their own energy bills, leveraging the DIY/plug-in energy revolution to make significant savings (and help the environment!) along the way.

 

We are a small start up, founded by me, Daniel Dimmock, a research scientist, data analyst and lecturer in research and statistics who has an unhealthy passion for DIY, renewable energy and sharing it with others.

 

I started DIY Home Energy to create resources to help people learn  the value of diy home energy systems beyond just solar, teaching topics such as hybrid microinverters, battery round trip efficiency, energy arbitrage, time of use tarriffs and G98 applications. I'm excited to watch this space grow, and its clear there is lots of growth and innovation in the DIY home energy space to share with you.
